AdvoCast ("AdvoCast," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with advocast.consulting, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Form submissions. When you submit our Immersion inquiry form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide — typically your name, email address, organization, role, organization size, primary area of concern, and any details you include in your message. We do not require an account to browse the site.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, and basic interaction events such as CTA clicks and form submissions). Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve the site. IP addresses are processed by Google for measurement purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the inquiry form solely to respond to your inquiry, send a confirmation email, and follow up about AdvoCast services that may be relevant to what you described. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Service Providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate the site:

  • Hosting and database infrastructure for the site and form submissions.
  • Email delivery service for internal notifications and your confirmation email.
  • Google Analytics 4 for aggregate website analytics.

These providers process information only to operate the site on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.

No Sale of Personal Information

AdvoCast does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond, evaluate fit, and maintain a record of our communications. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing inquiries@advocast.consulting.
